Castellan - Vacant
A castellan is responsible for welcoming new members and introducing them to the Society's activities and customs.

A Herald is responsible for helping members research name(s) basdges and devices for the time period of the members interest.
Knight Marshal- Vacant
The Knight Marshal, while most times is not a Knight, is in charge of armored or "heavy weapons" fighter training, safety on the combat field, and enforcing the armor rules and regulations.
Missile Weapons Marshal -
Lord Halldór Skaptason
The Missile Weapons Marshal is in charge of Missile Weapons training and practices. He/she is responible for safety on the Archery or Thown Weapons field, and for enforcing the rules and regulations in regards to equipment. They are also a deputy to the Knight Marshal.
Minister of Arts and Sciences -
Countess Elspeth of Stonehaven
The Minister of Arts & Sciences encourages members to research, teach, and practice historically accurate arts and crafts.
Exchequer- Lady Gwendolen of CairnRyan
The exchequer is responsible for all financial dealings of the shire.
Librarian - VacantAs a deputy of the Exchequer, the Librarian hosts and maintains the Shire's inventory of books for the populace's use.
Quartermaster
As a deputy of the Exchequer, the Quartermaster is the keeper of the inventory and the secure storage of the groups property.
Chronicler - vacant
The chronicler publishes the newsletter and prints any flyers or announcements as needed by the group.
Webminister -
